Terrace installation:
There is at least left 4mm for grating bearing steel and 6mm space between Gratings, and 10mm space between the Gratings and cement.
Use M type or L type clip to fix between the Grating and bearing steel; at lease 4 clips for each Grating; Use C type clip between non-bearing Gratings and at least 1 clip for each 1.8m length Grating
Trench installation:
The trench size should be times, if possible, of the lattice size to keep the completeness of the lattice and the beauty of the trench;
There should be at least 40mm space cement ground for bearing the Grating and 3mm – 6mm space between the Grating and cement.
Stair tread installation:
The stair tread should be installed in the tread frame. The tread frame could be either steel or FRP ones.
There should be 3mm – 6mm space between the tread and the frame. Each tread needs 8 clips to fix and 2 clips for each angle.
There are three types of clips: M type, L type and C type, which has different usage. The M type clip will be used between grating and bearing steel to locate the grating. The L type clip will be used between grating and bearing steel to limitedly locate the grating. The C type clip will be used between grating side and grating side. The clip spare parts (such as bolt, gasket, etc.) are also available.
Maintenance:
No need maintaining except washing surface dust and dirt with washing detergent.
Avoiding any open fire caused by electric and oxygen welding when repairing or maintaining the bearing steel and equipment.
Avoiding be contaminating by oil and knocking by sharp and solid tools when repairing or maintaining the bearing steel and equipment.
