Fire Resistant
Qualified matrix resins as well as unique fire-retardants techniques
provide grating with excellent fire resistant performance. Our FRP
gratings have passed the fire resistant test by ASTM. The flame
spread index of polyester grating, vinyl ester grating and phenolic
aldehyde grating are respectively less than 15,10 and 5. And the
smoke developd index of them are respectively less than 500,300
and 5.
Light Weight & High Strength
The perfect combine of the continuous E- fiberglass strand and resin
provide grating with light weight and high strength and its specific
gravity is only 1/4 of that of steel. Its rigidity is up to and
even exceeds that of steel. Many types of gratings meet various
load design requirement and ensure perfect design.
Safe & Anti-slip
The high modulus of elasticity and various surfaces provided the
super anti-skid performances. Its surface could be smooth surface,
meniscus surface, grit surface and lozenge cover, which is suitable
for different working places. The product also has small elasticity
that could reduce the fatigue feeling of the workers.
Insulating
E-fiberglass and high-grade resin provide the product super electric
performance. Its electric breakdown strength could reach 10KV/mm.
Non-electric spark even when impact by tools. Non-magnetism. It
could be used safely under the antiknock, diamagnetism and electric-resistance
situation.
Aging Resistant
The high-grade resin and anti-ageing inhibitor provide grating long-life
ageing resistant performance and the unique design make grating
excellent self-cleanness function and keep its brightness and strength
over a long time. The service life of grating could be expected
more than 20 years. Overseas specialist assess its service could
reach 50-100 years.
