In order to prevent FRP tanks from slipping, colliding during transportation, they should be fixed tightly after loading and then put soft interleaver into the gap between tank and carriage.
The tank should be lift by stationary rings or strong cloth strip, when suspending installed, a rope should be tied to the tank, which could control the direction of tank, avoiding swing.
The tank should not roll on the rigid ground, components such as flange should not be extruded and collided.
Vertical tank with flat bottom should be installed on the basis of continuous support and enough strength as well, less or lighter FRP equipment must be fixed on the basis, avoiding the equipment capsize.
Valve, controller, blender and other heavy components, which are installed on the tank, additional support must be set them, avoiding to transfer load to the wall tank.
The tank is used to store medium stipulated in technique document under stipulated temperature, pressure. And the load is no more than the design volume.
when enter into the tank to clean or maintain, the metal component should not touch the tank directly, the touch point must be with cork or glue.
During usage, the tank is forbidden to contact the light.
During usage, the tank should be avoided quivering. Pass in and out flange connection should be joint gently, in order to minish quivering, avert wring.
Adding shank should not be used when install manhole, flange and other snail connected to FRP, stop when hear the noise.
