 Fiberglass
Tanks are manufactured using large-scale vertical filament wound
equipment and contact molded tanks at site. Our large-scale FRP
tanks range in size from 4 meters to 15 meters in diameter for a
number of applications, including chemical processing, food processing,
iron and steel, waste water treatment, metal finishing, bulk storage
and pharmaceutical, such as chlorine and caustic soda, pulp and
paper, silicone, Titanium dioxide, just to name a few.
Properties and characteristics
- Low cost of transportation and produce at site.
- Large Volume, the largest diameter of winding equipment is 25
meters and the largest volume could be 2500 cubic meters.
- Adopt vertical filament wound equipment, which could provide high
intensity of bi-direction and overall performance.
- Utilize unidirectional fabric, which could enhance axial intensity
of FRP tank.
Applications
- Hydrochloric acid tank, sulfuric acid tank, nitric acid tank,
lye tank.
- Brine tank
- Sewage tank
Moulding technics
- Vertical filament winding
